Yani Xu

Yani came to Australia after receiving a Bachelor of law from Soochow University. She recently graduated from Melbourne Law School with a degree of Juris Doctor.

Yani joined Hiways last year as an intern. She has gained various experiences in assisting our solicitors across different areas. She is particularly interested in family law and currently works as a legal assistant in the family law team.

She can communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English.

Yani holds law degrees in both China and Australia. She is passionate about the law and legal practice. She can explain legal jargon to clients in both Mandarin and English.
