She represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes,including contractual, shareholder, employment, and property related matters, and holds particular expertise in commercial leasing disputes.
In addition to her litigation work, Sheryl advises on investment-related migration, including NIV and Business Innovation programs, and handles immigration appeals. She offers cross-border legal support in areas such as product licensing and qualification under Australia’s National Construction Code (NCC) and Certificate of Construction Compliance (CCC) regimes—assisting clients in construction-sector compliance and IP protection. 
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Sheryl provides tailored, culturally inclusive legal advice to both local and international clients.
