Professional Experiences
Qiyang Zhang is currently practicing at Hiways Lawyers in Australia. Prior to commencing his practice in Australia, Mr. Zhang worked in the corporate law department of a leading law firm in Chongqing, China. He focused on providing comprehensive legal services to a wide range of medium to large enterprises. His key practice areas included corporate legal advisory, corporate governance, corporate financing, and dispute resolution, through which he accumulated extensive hands-on experience in Chinese corporate legal matters.
Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Laws from China, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Tulane University in the United States, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Monash University in Australia. He is admitted to practice law in China, Australia, and the State of New York, United States.
