In her expertise, commercial and corporate law, Christine draws on her extensive practical experience, to not only provide her clients with precise and insightful legal advice, but also to accurately draft and renew documents including Share Sale Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Loan Agreements, and Commercial General Agreements. In addition, as she is experienced in the execution of commercial or retail leases and related disclosure statements in the area of tenancy law, she is skilled in processing lease termination, lease modification covenants and notices of default documents, and can also assist tenants or landlords in negotiating lease details. Beyond that, Christine also has extensive experience in the areas of wills, inheritance and intellectual property law, she is skilled in drafting wills, testamentary trusts; processing probate and letters of administration of estates; as well as trademark applications and transfers, assisting in the preparation of liaison with VSBC, VCAT, and the District Court, etc.
